[A] This weekend we combine the ceremonies associated with the Feast of the Presentation & the Feast 
ofSt Blaise with the Saturday Evening Vigil Mass in Killargue and the Sunday morning Masses in 
Newtownmanor & Dromahair. Before each Mass candles will be blessed for church & home use in 
recognition of Christ as The Light of the Nations and later in the Mass the blessing of throats takes 
place when we pray for the gift of good health and healing 
[B] Next Wednesday 6th February is Ash Wednesday ~ a Day of Fast &Abstinence - with Mass in the 
evenins in all three churches. Times are given under each church area below!

[E] Kilmore Cursillo Weekends: From 28th February -2nd March 2008 for men & from 
6th -9th March 2008 for women. Venue: Star of the Sea Retreat Centre, Mullaghmore, Co. Sligo. 
Cursillo provides gentle and helpful guidance in learning what it is to be a Christian in our modern 
world. Application forms ~ with some facts on Cursillo ~ available at the back of your church.
