Dromahair ~ Killargue ~ Newtownmanor Sunday 8th Mav 2011 ~ The Third Sunday of Easter Visit of Eucharistic Congress Bell From 18th -29th May 2011, a special bell, symbol of the Eucharistic Congress will begin its pilgrimage around the Diocese ~ and this parish near the end of May. It will arrive at the factory turn, R 280, on the afternoon of Friday 27th May and be carried to Killargue Church for a short prayer service. From there it will be carried to Dromahair Church by way of Soxline & Drumlease Road arriving after 7.00pm. There will be a prayer service and vigil on Friday night and early on Saturday morning 28th May it will be carried to Newtownmanor Church for a short prayer service and from there to Shanvaus Cross where it will be handed over to Manorhamilton Parish. Volunteers are urgently needed to carry the bell. And we need them today! Volunteers must be over 18 years of age. If you can help, please put your name on the list which you will find on the table at the back of your church. And fill in a CODY of the volunteer form and drop it into the parochial house by Monday evening. GENERAL / CHURCH NOTICES.
