Easter Sunday Morning ~ Celebrating the Resurrection of the Lord ~ Mass in all 3 Churches as

On Good Friday we venerated the Cross of Christ. 
At our Holy Saturday Night V/g//ar\d Easter Sunday Morning Masses we venerate the 

Risen Life of Christ. 

We celebrate Easter Joy and Eternal Hope where new beginnings are made possible for us all. 

GENERAL / CHURCH NOTICES. 

[A] Trocaire 1: If you have a Trocaire Box at home, please place it in the special basket at the back of the Church 
before Mass ~ either on Holy Thursday or Easter Sunday. 
Do put vour name on the box and chance coins into notes if possible. Please! Please! 

Trocaire 2: There is also a special Trocaire Offertory Envelope for Holy Thursday and for most people this has 
replaced the Trocaire Box. Proceeds go to the poorest in Uganda this year & other areas of the Third World. 
Place your envelope in the Basket on Holy Thursday when the Offertory Collection is taken up or keep it until 
Easter Sunday and put it in the Special Collection for Trocaire which will be taken up after Communion on that 
day. It is a practical way ~ in the spirit of the season ~ to wash the feet of those in need! 
If you haven't an envelope, simply make a cash contribution to that special collection on Easter Sunday^ if you can 

[B] At last, a booklet detailing the programme for the Eucharistic Congress ~ IEC2012 Programme at a Glance ~ 
has been made available to the parishes. It will be distributed after Mass today, Easter Sunday. 
If you intend travelling to the Eucharistic Congress, please read the boxed notice at the bottom of page 2. 
N.B.There are New Booking Options for the 5Cfh International Eucharistic Congress which takes 
place in Dublin from the 10th -17th June 2012.

Killargue on Saturday May 5th at 11.00am & Sean Hurton, Christchurch, New Zealand (husband of Margaret Lynch, 
Larkfield) who died on Tuesday 10th March. His Month's Memory Mass is in Killargue next Saturdayl4th April at 8.00pm.

4. Killargue Cemetery Appeal: The Cemetery Committee is appealing to people with burial plots in the cemetery ~ to all 
benefactors ~ to contribute to the fund for extensive work on the cemetery infrastructure. This is essential for the safety of all locals

5. Easter Sunday Cake Sale ~ Newtownmanor Community Development Group: Today, Easter Sunday after 10.00am Mass in 
Newtownmanor Mass. Proceeds will help fund the car Park Development. Come along for an Easter treat and a cuppa.

Are vou going to the 50th International Eucharistic Congress in June? 

If sufficient numbers are going from the parish, we will run a bus on our own or in association
with neighbouring parishes. At present it is intended to run a bus for the Family Day on Tuesday 12th June
and the Final Celebration on Sunday 17th June. We need to know the numbers soon.
