Special Collection to support the Eucharistic Congress Preparations are now underway for the 50th International Eucharistic Congress which will take place in Dublin in June 2012. The pilgrimage will coincide with the main celebration of the National Eucharistic Congress which takes place in Knock from 24th -26th June. It is hoped to run a bus from the parish on Saturday 25th June for the main celebration. So pilgrims are invited to travel! Details will be given next week. Currently people are leaving out bags of clothes at their houses to be collected by purely commercial operators & help very little any worthy cause ~ despite what they advertise!
