[A] Calling all members of the Parish Pastoral Council, Finance Committee, Liturgy Committee, all who read, collect, altar society, all who help out in any way in the parish ~ indeed all parishioners: We hope as many of you as possible will come to meet Bishop Leo O'Reilly and the Diocesan Pastoral Team in Drumkeeran Community Centre this Thursday 17th November at 8.00pm. As explained over the last few weeks, our Diocese is divided into 4 areas or Deaneries ~ Manor-Hamilton, Ballinamore, Bailieboro & Cavan. Each Deanery has now been further divided into Pastoral areas and our parish has been teamed up with Drumkeeran, Ballinaglera & Blacklion under the title Shannon/Lough Gill Pastoral Area. Parishioners from this Pastoral Area will be present at the meeting. Its purpose is to discuss future structures and listen to peoples concerns. All welcome. [B] Amounts contributed to the Mission Sunday Collection so far have been disappointing. Your contribution is vital in supporting the Mission Movement worldwide & spreading the Gospel in young Christian communities. Any remaining contributions are still welcome. If you have mislaid your envelope or didn't get one, you will find a special Mission Sunday Collection Envelope at the back of your church. [C] Don't forget the Lists for the Dead / November Offering Envelope which you will find beside your November Dues Envelope or you can just use an ordinary envelope.
