Sunday 17th February 2008 ~ The Second Sunday of Lent On this Second Sunday of Lent, the story of the Transfiguration of Jesus is read at Mass. Peter, James & John are privileged to see Jesus transfigured and changed in glory. They will be witnesses to his suffering but have been strengthened on their way. As we continue our Lenten Journey, we look forward to renewal of hope in times of difficulty and the celebration of Easter Joy. There will be an early morning Mass this Wednesday, 20th February, at 7.30am in Dromahair . This is an opportunity once more to do something extra for Lent and to prepare for Easter. Mass will be over by 7.55am at the latest. _ Many people mil still have time to complete thejourney to their place of work. GENERAL / CHURCH NOTICES.
