all families ~ in all forms ~ as we face into the New Year. 

Thursday 1st January 2OO9 ~New Year's Day ~ is the Feast of Mary the Mother of Godand
World Day of Prayer for Peace. May peace begin with us!


There will be a special Mass in Dromahair at 11.30am on Thursday 1st January to mark the New year.

On the Feast of the Epiphany we celebrate the revelation of who Christ is. The visit of the Three Wise Men 
reminds us that Jesus came to save all nations and to bring God's love to the entire World.

3. Please be conscious of the security of personal belongings at and during Church Services 
t\i particularly at Christmas. In some areas handbags left in cars are being targeted by 
and handbags left on church seats are being stolen during Holy Communion. 

Rainbow Programme 

This Programme supports children and teenagers who have experienced the loss of a parent through 
separation or death and is facilitated by specially trained caring adults. 

The next Programmme begins in the New Year and runs on Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm - 7.30pm.
Enrolments need to be made as soon as possible ~ for organizational purposes. There is no cost.

buildings, churches and the running expenses of the relevant parish area during the year.

Your continuing generosity is much appreciated. 

Thanks to the people of all three parish areas ~particularly all those whohelped in such a variety of 

ways, cared for each church, contributed financially, took up collections, were active in the altar 
society, gave contributions for flowers, did beautiful floral arrangements, took part in the Liturgy, 
sang in the choirs & provided musical accompaniment, our soloists & instrumentalists ~for your 
generosity and support throughout the year. 

A special word of thanks to the Parish Pastoral Council.
